Chef Kevin Gawronski is a veteran of kitchens in the Pontchartrain Hotel, London Chop House, and the Hyatt Regency Hotel. Chef Gawronski received his initial training at Schoolcraft, and has been a Culinary Olympics team gold-medal winner. At Schoolcraft, he is an award-winning team manager for student competitions in Detroit, Singapore and Washington, D.C. He is co-founder of the Plymouth Ice Festival and coach of the Schoolcraft College Salon teams.
