Mantras, a short group of words or syllables, have existed for thousands of years and are used as an aid for meditation, relaxation and healing. Through interactive lecture and meditation gain a basic understanding of mantras, their origin, power and significance. Learn simple mantras that can be used throughout the day to stay present, calm and peaceful.
