Course Description

Make your own tasty homemade pasta and impress your family and friends. Learn to make many kinds of pasta: ravioli, cannelloni, lasagna, fettuccini and angel hair pasta, and appropriate sauce dishes to accompany them. Discover quick, simple and healthy pasta entrees you can prepare at home. Prerequisite: CES 2187 Cooking 101: Skill Development or with instructor's approval.
