Course Description

Don't miss this hands-on opportunity for you and your child to experience the workings of a professional pastry kitchen. Learn kitchen safety and sanitation skills. Then put on the chefs' hats and aprons to create some delicious desserts and pastries. Only the adult needs to register and one child per adult, open for children seven years of age and older. Bring a tool kit with the following: long-sleeved chef coat, (2) 9x13 inch baking pans with lids, (2) 12 cupcake pans, 6 or 8 inch French knife, paring knife, potato peeler, rubber spatula, (3) plastic containers with lids to bring the food home. No prerequisite required.
