Textbook must be purchased through the Schoolcraft Bookstore and reviewed prior to class start date. Designed for employees, owners and managers of food service establishments, this course will prepare you for final examinations administered by the Educational Foundation of the National Restaurant Association. Upon successful completion of the program and exam (taken in class) the certified individual will be qualified to train personnel in sanitation techniques, communicate with representatives of the health departments having jurisdiction, recognize sanitation deficiencies and initiate improvements. A one hour lunch not included in CEU total.**
