Join Chef Decker and Chef Gabriel for a fun filled week of cooking awesome foods and baking sweet treats. For two and a half days Chef Decker will hone your pastry and baking skills. The other two and half days Chef Gabriel will add to your cooking repertoire of savory dishes. Every day will be a new and exciting experience, filled with information on nutrition, preparation techniques and of course hanging out with the masters! A chef's coat and lunch will be provided. Please bring a tool kit with the following: a paring, chef and bread knife; spatula; dough cutter; pastry brush; thermometer; measuring spoons; 12" rolling pin or French pin; 14" or 16" pastry bag; 8" or 10" icing spatula (palette knife); melon baller; large plain piping tips like a #7 or #8; plastic scraper. Plan to wear long pants and comfortable, closed-toe shoes.
