Course Description

Explore blending ordinary ingredients and spices with traditionally sweet ingredients - and after, never look at dessert the same way. Couple your sweet genius with your savory instincts and learn how to create dessert with a kick! Wear a white chef's jacket, dark pants and comfortable shoes. Bring a rubber spatula; pastry brush; rolling pin; paring knife; vegetable peeler; serrated bread knife and icing spatula. No prerequisite required. CES 2380 Pastry 101: Skill Development is strongly recommended.
