Course Description

The great thing about cooking is there's no ceiling, there's always more you can learn. With that said, welcome to Cooking 201, an advanced cooking terminology and technique class. Learn skills such as dry heat cooking, moist heat cooking, how to cook without a recipe, how to replace ingredients, fix a sauce that breaks and more. This class can replace Cooking 101 as a prerequisite, unless otherwise noted. A tool kit is not required for this class.
