Course Description

Have fun and get a full body, fat-burning workout-all done to music! Cardio Kickboxing burns 800 calories per hour making it a great aerobic workout. Do punching, kicking, core, weight and toning exercises-something new each week. Wear exercise clothing. Please bring a mat, towel and water bottle to class.
