Aerobic Fitness Ball: Strength & Stability


Course Description

Using an exercise ball is a challenging way to add variety and fun to your workout while improving your aerobic capacity. Learn to focus on strength and flexibility using the exercise balls while incorporating body bars, bands, dumbbells and your own weight. Develop enhanced balance, control of deep core muscles, improved posture and functional activities of daily living while burning fat and increasing your metabolism. Please bring a mat, towel and water bottle to class. Optional ankle weights are welcome.
