Fit & Fun Challenge
Come work out with us in a 50 minute class while enjoying music from the 70s and 80s. Improve your strength, cardiovascular health, balance, and flexibility, using various types of gym equipment provided at class. Format may vary, circuit training stations included. All fitness levels welcomed. Wear exercise clothing. Please bring a mat and water bottle to class.
