Bored with working out alone on the treadmill, or any number of isolated machines - but the thought of a traditional aerobics class filled with choreographed, eight-count-dance moves turns you off? Try Bokwa, a totally new and different approach to group exercise that incorporates today's popular music and steps that are simply structured as letters and numbers. It allows everyone from people with two-left feet to dance maniacs to have a terrific workout experience in the same class! Share the energy and excitement of working out with others. Open to all fitness levels and ages. Wear exercise clothing. Please bring a mat, towel and water bottle to class.
