If you're looking for an unusual aerobic workout that incorporates dance and intense body movements, try Bhangra. This aerobic activity is a combination of Bollywood and Bhangra dance steps, which combines high-energy aerobics and conditioning with the hip-swaying, arm swirling exuberance of Indian folk, pop and classical dance. Requirement: must be able to perform light bouncing and can follow basic beginner-level dance routines. Wear exercise clothing. Please bring a mat, towel and water bottle to class.
