This spring it was the nursing program, earlier this month it was Culinary Arts. Last week Schoolcraft College officials received word from the National Association for the Education of Young Children indicating that its Children’s Center accreditation has been renewed for the next five years. This accomplishment is a testament to the hard work and dedication of the Children’s Center staff, and it is an indication of an exemplary program and environment where young children as well as college students can develop and learn. The Schoolcraft College Children’s Center has been accredited since 1999.
There are still spaces available for young children age eight weeks to five years old. The Children’s Center is licensed by the State of Michigan and registration began last week and runs through Sept. 21. You do not have to be a Schoolcraft College student or staff member to take advantage of these services. Rates are competitive and affordable. For more information, please contact the Schoolcraft College Children’s Center at 734-462-4442.
