Once again Executive Chef and Schoolcraft College charcuterie instructor Brian Polcyn
represented Detroit at the NFL’s annual party with a purpose, The Taste of the NFL, which precedes the Super Bowl. This is the 23rd year Chef Polcyn has participated in the $700 per plate dinner for 3,000 guests that raised $1.2 million for hunger relief efforts. This year he was partnered with Jason Hansen, the Lions recently retired kicker, representing Detroit, one of the 28 NFL cities who sent a chef and retired player team to the event.
