Executive Chef Brian Polcyn Represents Detroit at Super Bowl’s Taste of the NFL

     Once again Executive Chef and Schoolcraft College charcuterie instructor Brian Polcyn represented Detroit at the NFL’s annual party with a purpose, The Taste of the NFL, which precedes the Super Bowl. This is the 23rd year Chef Polcyn has participated in the $700 per plate dinner for 3,000 guests that raised $1.2 million for hunger relief efforts. This year he was partnered with Jason Hansen, the Lions recently retired kicker, representing Detroit, one of the 28 NFL cities who sent a chef and retired player team to the event.
