Jan. 15 - Career Programs Open House
Looking for a new profession or just want to gain a new skill to enhance your career? Join us January 15, 2009 from 6 - 8 p.m. and learn about Schoolcraft College’s many professional development opportunities, meet our instructors and register for classes.
College Night for 8th graders is Feb. 3
Eighth grade students and their parents can get a heads start on preparing for college by attending Middle School College Night at Schoolcraft College. The event is Tuesday, Feb. 3, from 4 to 7 p.m. in the DiPonio Room of the VisTaTech Center.
Auditions for Deadly Nightcap are Jan. 20 & 21
The Schoolcraft College Theater Department’s winter production is Francis Durbridge’s Deadly Nightcap. Auditions will be held Tuesday and Wednesday, January 20 – 21 at 7:00 p.m. in the Liberal Arts Theatre. No previous theatre experience is required and the auditions are open to all students, faculty, staff, and the general public.

Nursing intructors receive recognition
Recently, several faculty members in the Nursing department have had the opportunity to share their knowledge and expertise, and proudly represent Schoolcraft College, on a national scale.

Free Noon Concert feat. Merling Trio Jan. 14
As a part of the Schoolcraft College's Free Noon Concert Music Series, the Merling Trio will perform on Wednesday, January 14, at noon in at the VisTaTech Center on the college's main campus in Livonia, on Haggerty Road between Six and Seven Mile Roads.

Volunteers wanted for MLK Day of Service project
Schoolcraft students and faculty will be volunteering at Fisher Elementary School in Redford January 16, 17 and 19 in a special Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service project. Volunteers and donations are needed to make the "Bright Colors Bright Futures" project a success.
