Jazz combo, Tumbao Bravo, to perform free concert Feb. 6
As part of Schoolcraft College's 2012-13 Noon Concert Series, jazz combo Tumbao Bravo will perform on Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2013, in the Presentation Room of the VisTaTech Center located on the college's main campus in Livonia, Haggerty Road between Six and Seven Mile Roads.

Schoolcraft hosts "Idlewild: The Black Eden of Michigan" through Feb. 15
Schoolcraft College is hosting a special traveling exhibit, "Ildlewild: The Black Eden of Michigan," through Friday, Feb. 15, 2013. The exhibit, on loan from Michigan State University, features photographs and historical information about this unique resort community that welcomed African-Americans from the 1920s-60s.
Pageturners presents "Breakfast at Tiffany's" in February
The book, Breakfast at Tiffany’s, is the focus of Pageturners book club's February 2013 selection. Pageturners, Schoolcraft College’s book discussion group, is offering four different opportunities to discuss and experience this Truman Capote classic, including an opportunity to enjoy the movie version on Feb. 14 and book discussions on Feb. 18, 19 and 21.
