Get out your sequins and dust off your cummerbund. Saturday, March 24 is the annual VisTa Gala fundraiser to support Schoolcraft College’s superb Culinary Arts program. And, yes, black tie is optional.

While most of the evening takes place in the DiPonio Room, diners will stroll through the instructional kitchens for the entrée courses, where our chefs and student chefs have prepared extraordinary dishes to please the palate.

The evening caps off with a dessert buffet and a silent auction. Tickets are $150 per person, with $90 of that amount a charitable contribution. For tickets, call 734-462-4518.
