American Harvest restaurant summer lunch menu

The American Harvest Restaurant serves lunch on Tuesdays through Fridays throughout the summer. Seatings will be available from 11:30 a.m. – 1:45 p.m. Reservations are recommended and can be made by calling 734-462- 4488.

The menu includes everything from soups and salads, sandwiches, delicious entrees and of course the restaurant’s famous daily dessert selections. Prices range from $3.95 -$10.95. Encourage your family, friends and neighbors visit the American Harvest for lunch and experience the great talent of our culinary students and their instructors.

Selections include Pan-roasted Bass with rissole potatoes and saffron sweet corn sauce; Sautéed chicken scaloppini with pancetta and fontina white truffle orzo; Grilled Pizza with goat cheese, basil pesto, wild mushroom and pancetta; Egg Salad served with crisp iceberg lettuce, tomato and baguette croustade or as a sandwich on toasted white sourdough bread; Chicken Salad with iceberg lettuce, grapes, celery and baguette croustade or on white sourdough bread with almonds, cherries, grapes, red onion, celery; Sautéed Crab and Shrimp Cake, ripe tomatoes, Boston bibb lettuce, cucumber remoulade on rustic roll; Char-grilled Burger with cheese, pancho sauce and buttermilk onion rings; House Salad of mixed greens with sun dried tomato, pine nuts, parmesan cheese, and croutons; and a Spinach Salad topped with bacon, gorgonzola, kiln-dried cherries, red onion, sprouts, crisp wontons and ginger sesame vinaigrette.
