"Fresh Water: Women Writing on the Great Lakes" is Pageturners selection for March

During the month of March Pageturners, Schoolcraft College's book discussion group, will be discussing "Fresh Water: Women Writing on the Great Lakes," edited by Alison Swan. A variety of renowned poets, essayists and fiction writers are featured in the book. Each of the writers shares with readers their own unique streams of consciousness along with the majesty and beauty of the fresh waters of the Great Lakes and the region's many rivers.

"Fresh Water" is available at a significant discount at either of the Schoolcraft College's Bookstores (main campus in Livonia or Radcliff Center in Garden City.) Pageturners will meet three times in March to discuss this unique collection of works including Monday, March 28, 2011, at 6:30 p.m. and Tuesday, March 29, 2011, at 1:30 p.m. in the Bradner Library on the college's main campus in Livonia, Haggerty Road between Six and Seven Mile Roads; and on Thursday, March 31, 2011, at 4 p.m. at the Radcliff Center in Garden City, on Radcliff Street just south of Ford Road, between Merriman and Wayne Roads. Pageturners book discussions are free and open to the public.
