Dawn will share tips to supercharge your energy levels, immune system, and overall health with food. As we age, eating well can be the key to a positive outlook and staying emotionally balanced. Dawn is a passionate presenter and a living testimonial of her teachings. She is the owner of Cooking with Dawn and Cooking with Dawn Tours, LLC, and is the author of a popular cookbook, "Romance Begins in the Kitchen."
