The Aviation Management program at Schoolcraft provides broad exposure and knowledge opportunities in key areas of aviation. It is designed for students beginning aviation studies and for those individuals already employed in the field who would like to enhance their knowledge and skills.

As the name implies, the emphasis is on the business and management side of the profession. Course content includes the basics of flight and airspace/navigation, the evolution of aviation through the latest advancements, a broad perspective of corporate operations and aircraft maintenance business, aviation regulations/legislation, and the planning and operations of airports. New courses recently added to the program include aviation meteorology and aviation law. All courses are available online providing students with maximum flexibility for study.
