On most Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays students in the Massage Therapy Program at Schoolcraft College will be offering 15 and 30 minute chair massages and 30 or 60 minute table massages at the Radcliff Center in Garden City. Massage therapy is a growing field professionally because of the tremendous benefits that can be achieved through this treatment. Health care experts note that not only can a massage be a relaxing and calming experience, which helps to reduce stress, the physical release of tension in muscles can help with pain, stiffness and soreness caused by many injuries and ailments.

Appointments are available most Wednesdays (2 — 9 p.m.), Fridays (9 a.m. — 4 p.m.) and Saturdays (9 a.m. — 4 p.m.) during January, February, March and April. Appointments are required. Donations to the Massage Therapy Student Clinic Program are greatly appreciated at the time of service.
