A Delicious Evening Dining Surprise 
      Discover fine dining in an atmosphere of elegant, warm service and ambiance tucked inside Schoolcraft College’s VisTaTech Center in Livonia. Discerning palates can savor upscale, yet affordable à la carte American regional and international favorites Tuesday through Thursday evenings or enjoy a combined American and weekly international themed buffet on Friday evenings. Certified Executive Chef Shawn Loving oversees Schoolcraft culinary students as they prepare salmon, chicken with fresh herbs, pork tenderloin, prime-cut steaks, vegetarian entrees, seasonal soups, delicious appetizers, and international fare. A Gourmet Luncheon Oasis 
      Take time out to savor a gourmet lunch! Choose from a delectable varying à la carte menu offering freshly baked breads, seasonal soups, salads, entrées, and a tempting dessert table. Award-winning Certified Master Chef Dan Hugelier and Schoolcraft culinary students look forward to providing an afternoon repast sure to satisfy your appetite with seatings Tuesday - Friday at 11:45 a.m., noon and 12:15 p.m. Reservations are suggested.

Make Your Morning Memorable
      Begin your day with an elaborate breakfast buffet filled with a mouth-watering array of wonderful choices. Make your selections as you stroll through the Culinary Arts kitchen where you’ll find fresh fruit parfaits, organic granola, frittatas, homemade Danish and buttermilk biscuits, sausage gravy, and other breakfast mainstays and surprises. The breakfast buffet is available from 8:30 - 9:30 a.m.
