Fabulous fall fare served up by Culinary Arts
The American Harvest continues to surprise and delight patrons with a variety of delicious menu selections for both lunch and dinner on Tuesdays – Fridays. Lunch seatings are at 11:45 a.m., noon and 12:15 p.m. The a la carte lunch menu features freshly baked breads, soup, salad, a choice of several different entrées each day, and a selection from the tempting dessert table.
Each week the theme for dinner changes, spotlighting the specialty dishes of a different region of the world. In the coming weeks, the menu will include selections from Germany, France, the Mediterranean and Asia. For a schedule of featured international cuisines, visit www.schoolcraft.edu/harvest. A la carte dinners are served from 5 p.m. – 8 p.m., Tuesday – Thursday, with each week culminating in an extravagant buffet on Friday.
The Breakfast Buffet provides a unique opportunity for guests to get a first-hand look at the inner workings of the college’s state-of-the-art culinary kitchens as they make their selections from the array of breakfast mainstays and delicious surprises. The Breakfast Buffet is available Wednesdays – Fridays from 8:30 – 9:30 a.m.
The Main Street Café, which is open 11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m., Tuesdays – Fridays, offers daily specials, fresh-baked breads, pastries, homemade soups, pastas, salads and desserts that can be enjoyed at one of the quaint café tables in VisTaTech or taken home for a quick, easy and delicious solution to dinner.
