Lori Sims, piano

Lori Sims is an internationally acclaimed performer, master class artist and winner of many competitions, who has performed throughout North America, Europe, and China. Her performances have included engagements with the NordDeutscheRadio Orchester in Hannover, the Israel Philharmonic, the Indianapolis Symphony, the Utah Symphony, the  Spokane Chamber Orchestra, the Denver Chamber Orchestra, the Yale Philharmonic and the Kalamazoo Symphony.

Ms. Sims is currently the John T. Bernhard Professor of Music at Western Michigan University, where she has taught since 1997. During the summer, she is an artist-teacher at the Eastern Music Festival in North Carolina and the Internationale Konzertarbeitswochen in Goslar, Germany.
