Schoolcraft Offers Course on Insurance Ethics

Licensed insurance professionals can fulfill their state mandated ethics requirement at the one-day seminar Ethics for Insurance Professionals at Schoolcraft College. Seminar topics will include ethical dilemmas, the difference between ethical and moral decisions and case studies.

Instructor Steve Hoppens has taught insurance classes for more than 10 years, is a certified property casualty underwriter and is a certified insurance counselor.

The seminar is Friday, Oct. 27 from 9 a.m. until noon and the fee is $75. For more information, contact the Schoolcraft College Continuing Education and Professional Development office at 734-462-4448.

Schoolcraft College is a public two-year college, offering classes at the Livonia campus on Haggerty Road between Six and Seven Mile roads, at the Radcliff Center in Garden City and online.
