Free concert features renowned tenor, Richard Fracker, March 11

Richard Fracker, renowned tenor, will perform during this month’s free noon concert on Wednesday March 11. The concert will be held in the Presentation Room in the VisTaTech Center.

Known for his versatility both vocally and dramatically, Fracker enthusiastically explores both traditional and contemporary repertoires.  He has performed regularly in opera houses and concert halls throughout the world, including nine seasons at New York’s Metropolitan Opera (MET). He is associate professor of voice and Area Chair of Vocal Arts at the Michigan State University College of Music.

He will perform, “Love Is a Many Splendid Sing,” featuring songs by a variety of composers including Handel, Schumann, Schubert, Verdi, Puccini and Lehar.
