CES 2431 - French Tortes: Hands-on

Created in the European tradition, most people think of tortes as chocolate. However, these rich cakes, made with little or no flour, have a distinct French history beyond the chocolate. Learn how to make the classic chocolate torte, but also how to make fruit-based and nut-based tortes. CES 2187 Cooking 101 not required. CES 2380 Pastry 101: Skill Development is strongly recommended before taking this course.*
