CES 2473 - Master the Gourmet Pizza: Hands-on

Learn to serve pizza that is so much more than pepperoni and cheese. Take pride in serving fresh, delicious and innovative gourmet pizza. Learn pizza making techniques, about unique varieties of dough, sauces, and toppings using both grill and pizza stone cooking techniques. Prerequisite: CES 2187 Cooking 101: Skill Development or with chef's approval.*
