CES 2489 - Couples Cooking Date Night - an International Buffet: Hands-on

Everyone is passionate about eating. Take some of that passion, as a couple, and put it into preparing an international buffet meal that you both can savor together. Then treasure the time with your special someone and enjoy the meal you've just prepared. The fee is per couple. Only one person needs to register. Bring a tool kit with the following: paring, chef and bread knives; peeler; spatula; dough cutter; pastry brush; thermometer; and measuring spoons. Prerequisite: one person per couple to have taken Cooking 101: Skill Development.*
