Work large muscle groups while doing an aerobic dance workout all done to popular Broadway music! Enjoy thirty-minutes of sassy jazzy aerobic dance, done to easy-to-follow routines, followed by an intense, lower body workout. All ability levels welcome. Wear exercise clothing. Please bring a mat, towel and water bottle to class.*
