Rise and shine! Fire-up that metabolism as you get ready to take on the day. Enjoy a cardio-mix of fun calorie-burning moves, followed by thirty minutes of total body toning. End the class with stretching and yoga cool down. Take advantage of that post-workout high and set a positive tone for the rest of your day. Wear exercise clothing. Please bring a mat, towel and water bottle to class.*
