CES 9878 - Slow Flow Yoga

Experience the fullness of your practice by slowly merging asana and breath to create a powerful, yet subtle, meditative flow, Vinyasa style. This practice includes asanas held slightly longer to ignite the body's internal heat and allow deep release to occur, excellent for developing grace, flexibility, core and muscular strength, balance, and stress reduction. Your inner chemistry shifts towards a biological balance, and you experience peace and tranquility. Wear exercise clothing. Please bring a sticky mat and pillow to class. Prerequisite: one year yoga experience recommended.*
